I have always had a negative experience with every dentist I had growing up. I put off going to the dentist as long and humanly possible, once I became and adult and had to start setting up my own. I found Gentle Dental online, and they accepted my insurance so I though I would give them a try. I immediately loved it. The receptionists were ALL so nice, every time I call or come in. I appreciate all of the professional people working hard to take great care of me and my daughter at Gentle Dental Coburg Station. My experience has been that all of the staff is friendly and the hygentists are excellent. My experience here has far surpassed my previous ortho and dental experiences at other offices nearby. I definitely recommend Gentle Dental for all your ortho and dentistry needs.

I do not have a dentist yet because I am new to the area but I had a simple question and was in the area so I walked into Gentle Dental just to ask them a question and they went above and beyond in helping me out. Very clean office as well.

Writing this review makes me sad because I have been a patient at Gentle Dental for nearly 15 years. Last year I went in for an exam but it had been a few years since my previous cleaning and my teeth were in rough shape. The dentist wanted to remove 7 of my teeth! I was shocked and declined the removal. Instead I sought out other alternatives. I had each quadrant of my mouth "scaled" - a deep cleaning procedure that I've had done before. I've been here on and off over the years due to insurance. It's been just ok. Some of the people are super nice and some are not. I've received $500 broken mouth guards twice and had to have them redone. Fine, things happen. The last few times I needed cleaning or fillings, I've had to wait months for an appointment. That's fine, I get your busy. But I had two upcoming visits scheduled for August and September that I made in January. My wife has been waiting for over three months to get seen for a reline; her appointment, originally scheduled for tomorrow, has been moved to November. This is not how a business is supposed to operate. She is in pain and cannot eat like she should!

If I could give a zero I would. My husband started going to this dentist. His first appointment got canceled as he was walking out the door. His appt was 7 a.m. He made another appt. It was canceled. I would say out of the 10 appt he made. He been seen 3. I made my appt back in April and got July. My got canceled. They didnt even call me. Just a text. Try getting a new patient appointment in January got scheduled for May then I got rescheduled for June then I got rescheduled to August and now they are canceling due to their dentist I think waiting a year to get my teeth looked at is ridiculous. Will be going somewhere else.

0 stars if I could. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Whole staff looked like they were on drugs. Especially the receptionist and female dentist. No names needed. They know who they are. (D.R.). She tried to give me cough syrup for my tooth pain. Btw it's my wisdom tooth and it broke in half exposing the root. I'm sure some syrup is the perfect thing for the pain. What an idiot. I love that anyone can go to school, not learn squat and come to the plate with absolutely nothing to offer. What a quack.
