I have been going to Gentle Dental Crossroads in Gilbert for a few years now and I highly recommend them for your dental needs. From the Receptionist that greets you at the front desk (thanks Samantha & Team), to their Hygienists (thanks Ha & the others), and their Dentists, all go the extra measures in being not only very professional but also very caring. I see all the "1 Star" ratings and from what I understand, the past dentists here have been less than professional. Well, let me tell you, "There's a new Dentist in town" at this location. Let me start with the reception staff, super friendly and up front with all the paper work and can answer any questions. I strongly suggest that you double check with your insurance provider before you go. It can depend on the dentist, not necessarily the facility that is covered or not. Dr. Brightman and her assistant Lisa performed a crown prep on a very difficult upper back tooth. They explained what they were doing throughout the procedure and kept me as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new dentist.

I can't say enough about this office! Bonnie, the Practice Manager, went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of financially. Hailey at the front desk was super friendly and explained things clearly when my son had his wisdom teeth out. I also had my teeth cleaned. The Hygienist was gentle and the Dentist was honest and explained things clearly while i looked at the xrays on a screen. I would recommend this location to anyone!!!

I have had 2 root canals done here and a couple of crowns. The level of care I received has been amazing. My last appointment was with Dr. Lee. He was very professional and explained every step he took. EVERY step. I loved that. His lead assistant was great too. So very kind to me ... took care of my nerves and even helped when she saw me shivering from the cold office. We have only had good experiences at this location. The new office manger is top notch and the front office staff is thorough and friendly. Dr. Lee and the hygienists are all wonderful!

I have been to this location twice now as had my partner. I can honestly say the name lives up to itself. The dentist and dental assistant are great. They are conscious about making sure you are ok and not once have I experienced pain. Reception is great as well, so not sure what or who people are talking about at this location. I have not had nothing but a good experience. My new dentist!

I'm a relatively new patient. I've been in for a cleaning and two crowns. The staff is wonderful and they've taken me as soon as I get there. I'll admit it's no fun to go to a dentist but they make it a pleasant experience.
