a year and a half ago, I consulted here for my wisdom teeth removal. The lady touched my thighs, arms, and shoulders multiple times without my consent. I told her I use marijuana because i know that there are certain time frames in which one needs to stop consuming that in order for anesthesia to work. I also told her that I do not want Halcyon as I am a recovering benzodiazapine addict. I’ve been away from dentists for many years due to PTSD from past experiences. I am so glad I decided on Gentle Dental. The reception staff is caring and very polite. The dental staff are calming, knowledgable, and very accommodating. The extraction of my wisdom teeth went smoothly and I was very happy to have the work done in such a positive atmosphere. Thank you all and I’ll be back!
New to me Hygienist, Amanda Chavez, was a delight to work with today, that not being an adjective I have used before for dental hygiene treatment. She was very attentive to my areas of sensitivity and answered all of my questions, increasing my dental hygiene education. Dr. Phan was cordial, concise and informative. Kate (sp?) was great as usual, helping keep me comfortable around my disabilities and Michelle at front desk was also very helpful. A very positive experience all around.
Absolutely a wonderful staff and Dr. This was definitely a place to smile. The staff just was awesome, answered questions, and was really helpful making the next appointment. The girls up front make sure to acknowledge you if having to wait. The Dr, my first time meeting her, I love, not in a creepy way. She's very direct and friendly.
I've been a Gentle Dental customer for more than 10 years and today I pulled my records to find a new dentist. They've always asked for a lot of personal and medical information, but have not in the past had a problem if I only provided what I was comfortable with and felt medically necessary for a dentist to know. Today they did not want to clean my teeth unless I filled in more of the survey.
