Dr. Erickson reached out today to make things right. I applaud that level of customer service by her and her alone. I will amend my negative review when we are done.
I'm very pleased with the service I received. Very easy to find and plenty of parking since it shares a lot with multiple businesses. They even got me into see the oral surgeon so I wouldn't have to come back!
They got me in when I was in emergency situation. Great bedside manners by Dentist and hygienist. Highly recommend.

Went here because my usual Gentle Dental at the Clackamas Town Center was full booking appointments. I had a great experience at the Clackamas Gentle Dental but at this location, I had an even better experience! Who would've thought I'd have two great dental experiences! I went on a Friday morning and was called from the waiting room right away. New to this office due to insurance change. Happy with all the services they have provided me thus far. They are thorough and even check up on their patients the day after.
This was one of the best dental experiences of my life. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional and all explanations about treatment were clear. Highly recommend Dr Lee and his team.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I was scared to go to the dentist. especially because I had a horrible appointment 2 months prior at Aspen dental. But WOW I seriously am excited to go to my next appointment! Good impression right when I walked in. The overall experience was great. I didn't feel intimidated, pressured or felt at their mercy. Dr. Sean Lee spoke to me with respect and not like I was a money sign to him. Very intelligent. Wish them well during this virus situation going on. Will be going back for sure.
