My first visit to Gentle Dental in Happy Valley was a little disconcerting at first, but worked out well in the end. By phone I had been assured that x-rays, exam, and cleaning were to occur during my visit. Upon arrival I was informed only x-rays and exam would occur. My current visit was less scary. I call the gal that did my teeth cleaning Doc Soft Touch. Gental Dental help me set up my plan. I couldn't ask for better! I'm very scared to go to the dentist. My dentist and his assistant helped me relax some. Set up a plan for my teeth that was affordable. I'm very happy. I'm on a plan for 6 months. Every appointment, I have gotten in on time, no waiting. Joseph makes me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him highly!
Friendly staff and first visit went smoothly. Excellent oral hygienist who really seemed to be very supportive of my health issues. Thank you. Going back in a week for dental care and hoping shots will be easy and not too painful!
Dr. Joseph is friendly, personable and listened to me when I told him I was having nerve pain. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and this is something that has been going on for many years. Patty is great too- I have had a couple of visits with her and she has a calming presence which is exactly what you want and need for dental visits.
