Beware of Gentle Dental. If I could give less than 1 star I would give ZERO. Dr. Erickson did a surgical implant for me at a hefty cost. On November 7th, 2025 the implant (titanium post) snapped in half in a jagged broken piece. I swallowed half the implant and the jagged other half remains imbedded in my jaw. I immediately contacted Brenda Ramirez and Genesis Soto at Gentle Dental to report what happened and find out next steps. They requested I fill out a form so they could get records from my local dentist which I did. 3 ... read more

I went to happy valley office for 4 teeth to be removed. I have horrible dental anxiety which I explained to them and they wanted me to use nitrous gas. The Dentist who pulled my teeth didn’t know how to use the nitrous gas, so I was in a panic the whole time. He was very rough when pulling my teeth out. I was in pain for weeks and had to go see multiple other doctors to get my problems resolved. I can’t give this a zero rating or I would. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
