I called because wanted a teeth cleaning but since I have not been seen by them they required me to get an exam done. I agreed and scheduled with the understanding that they would group the appointments together (i. e. Exam first and cleaning after.) The day of the appointment they had me fill out a 4 page questionnaire, took about 40 X-rays including a pano, and then saw the dentist for about 10 minutes to tell me they would recommend many different high priced items. On Friday May 6, 2022, Dr Lee and office took advantage of a 82 woman with Dementia by charging $1,200 for a 45 minute cleaning without even seeing the dentist. Office had committed to over 3 hours of services. Office refused to adjust, by any amount, the fee charged.
