The office and dental stations are immaculate and modern, but the real reason to go here is for the amazing team. This has been by far my best dental experience to date! Dr. Lee and his team not only provided excellent work, but are on time, professional, and brilliant. I have always been apprehensive to visit any dentist due to many bad experiences, but Dr. Lee and his team make me excited to see them. Best service ever, got my wisdom tooth extracted and it wasn't even painful. The dentist knows what he's doing and made me feel calm and relaxed.

This is specific to the office/clerical staff. Although friendly, there's a lot of needless chatter, questions not understood nor answered and not what you want when you're anxious about a potentially painful,procedure where you really aren't geared up for a lot of nonsense. Even over the phone, the effort (which I appreciate on some level) put toward "friendliness" is ill-timed, more about the person calling, rather than the patient. I'll give them two stars. Made an appointment over a month ago. They sent lots of reminders and confirmations. The day before the appointment they call and cancel. Apparently they over booked and don't have availability. Poor management in my opinion.

I had my son in today 9/18/24 for extraction of two lower wisdom teeth. I would have happily paid twice the price on payment's for the rest of my life than to experience the complete fumble in every single direction we felt with this place. Currently sitting in the parking lot at Walgreens, 70 minutes later and no Rx at the pharmacy and when i called the lady got pissy because I wouldn't accept "they will send it when they have time"... this place is the "puppy mill" of the dental industry. Insurance went into place and I had moved so decided to change dentist after 30 years. Exam with Dr Lee in Feb 2023; Dr Lee seemed very confident and wanted to replace an old crown. Scheduled service and arrived in for replacement to be informed Dr Lee was no longer employed and no one seemed to know where he went. As a result, I felt hesitant to move forward (then thought, how bad could it be), but Dr. Pham completed old crown removal and prep for new crown in June. My Advice - believe the bad reviews about the front-desk staff (see also Google reviews). My normal office is the Woodstock location, but I needed a long-overdue cleaning and Happy Valley had earlier appointments, so I drove 30 minutes (instead of the usual 5 minutes) to get a cleaning sooner. The receptionist was nice at first, explaining that x-rays would be necessary (which I expected). So I asked if I had the x-rays at Happy Valley would the Woodstock office have access to them.
