SCAM OFFICE I am new to Washington and was looking for a new dentist. I hadn't heard much about this place and saw the reviews seemed to show a great office. First appointment: I booked via phone call which is when I realized this was a franchise. Okay, no problem! They set up a consultation and I showed up to my first appointment. Stay away from dr. Wang! I told him after my extraction that the area was infected. He assured me it wasn't. Fast forward a month. I visited another dentist and he said my extraction site was infected. Young dentists are often very arrogant and this time was no exception.
Very annoyed and frustrated after my visit to Gentle Dental today. I have been going to Gentle Dental (at various locations) for probably over 8 years now and have loved it. They are very gentle with your teeth and friendly/nice. But after my visit today I am ready to change to somewhere new. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am for a small filling (they said it would be a quick appointment). Had a bone stuck in my gums in area where they extracted wisdoms, went back and told them there's something stuck, Dr assumed it was MY bone, went home bought a special tweezer and my WIFE had to fish out a sharp bone ourselves. Nice but it's terms of experience...nahhh
My family (husband, toddler, and myself) have been going here for over a year. We've never had a poor experience until today. I purposely booked Saturday appointments for the 3 of us so one of us could get their teeth cleaned while the other held my daughter for her exam, then switch off for the second cleaning. I also explained this to the receptionist at the time of booking. Been going here for a while but I noticed that, compared to my old dentist, these guys HURT!!!! Just a simple cleaning and I leave in a sweat and feel like I need to go lay down. I have had to sit in my truck for a while before leaving just to calm my nerves. One hygienist does things one way then another does things totally different.
