As usual this office is amazing. I met new staff today, Molly and Laura. You ladies rocked! Dr Yip, you were respectful of my dental needs and fears and you didn't shame me for my fears. Even though I live 40 mins away from the office, I will continue to trust this office for my dental needs. Thank you my favorite dental team!!!!
I am extremely impressed with Gentle Dental. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable of each process. The day of my procedure the Doctor walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable. Each time I visit General Dental I become more impressed with their service. This is my new Dentist. I recommend them to all skeptics such as myself. Thank you General Dental, you have lived up to your name.
Dr. Yip and her assistant are so amazing and understanding. I have been seeing Dr. Yip for a few years now and would not go anywhere else. I even waited 24 hours in agony from a toothache just to see her in particular. I was kindly offered to be seen by a different dentist same day but it was my choice to decline and wait for Dr. Yip because she's that amazing. I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out, but they walked me through every step and made sure I understood what they were doing, and the potential risks. They also explained the after care to me and my boyfriend (who was my ride and took care of me after the procedure). I recommended!
