I have been to many dentists over the years but this one is my favorite. The hygienists are so nice and accommodating, the front desk staff always makes you feel welcome and the Dr. Yip never makes you feel guilty about not flossing twice a day!!! They have great covid protocols to make you feel safe. Overall always a great experience
Dr Yip is the best. She's the first dentist that ever took her time to explain to me how to brush and floss. As a result, I moved my whole family to this office. Even my mom who is terrified of going to the dentist, is amazed with her overall experience. She got a teeth pulled but no pain at all and Dr Yip is so attentive and empathetic during the treatment. Dr Yip took her time to explain everything which eased her nerve. Highly recommended!
Okay this place really surprised me. I had to come in and get a cleaning in preparation for braces, and frankly wasn't expecting much. They're not my usual place to go, but my usual place was booked out for 3 months. So I chanced this place, based on reviews and such close proximity. I was greeted promptly, seen within minutes, and they really asked me great questions regarding what I wanted out of my visit, what were my concerns, and if I had any questions. I actually started going to this practice with the idea that I didn't really care for women Dentists (due previous bad experiences with Dentists who just happened to be women). After the amazing care that I have received from a female Dentist (Dr. Yip) Periodontist (Dr. Javadi) and Orthodontist (Dr. Pawar) and ALL OF THE AMAZING STAFF they have completely changed my outlook. I'm scared of the Dentist in general but I love this place! I have had some dental challenges over the years, but I trust this specific location. They are so gentle and understanding! Molly is the Hygienist I usually see. She is great and talks to you the whole time, nothing is ever a surprise. I met another Hygienst today Kirsten, she's great too. Dr. Zevallos is AMAZING! What a great dental office!! I've been a patient for just over a year now. They are professional, yet friendly and caring. They review all costs prior to the services so there are no "surprises" at the end. My previous dentist did nothing but try to sell me other unnecessary services. Gentle Dental does not try to upsell anything. They are always on time, which is great for someone that has to go to work after an appointment. I can't say enough good things about Gentle Dental at Kent Station!
Love these people. I was traumatized by the dentist when I was a kid but obviously had to go at some point. I was honest about my anxiety and they were extremely considerate about it and will help you plan what steps to take. Dr. Pham is the best. She is so incredibly gentle and sweet AND FUNNY AS HELL. Love them all.
I just had the best visit to the dentist I've ever had. Dr. Pham (sp?) and Trish were great as they extracted three old fillings and replaced them with new ones. I am not a fan of tooth drills or dental pain, and Dr. Pham made sure I was numb. She had to use anesthetic two additional times because my teeth were sensitive, but for me that's been normal. This office was very clean and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Wang and Galina were very reassuring. I'm glad to have found this office.
