The dental assistant that I had was excellent. Typically at this office they are FAKE nice and it is annoying. This girl was pleasant and normal for a change. But my temporary crown crumbled so need to get in right away to get it fixed.
Kudos to all the staff! I was so please with Dr. Mortell and her assistants for making my visit more pleasurable since I do not like Dental visits. They all were extremely kind and I felt that they truly cared about me.
Dr. Sheppard is wonderful. Had two crowns replaced at the same time. Hardly any soreness, the temporary crowns were a perfect fit and the new crowns are also. Thank you so much.

I've had only positive experiences here at Gentle Dental-Kirkland. The staff is great from front desk to dental assistant all the way to dentist. Shaya was a very pleasant Dental Hygienist. The last hygienist I had was very condescending. I hate the questions each visit, they get the same answers, so why ask? How often do you brush your teeth? Do you use manual or electric tooth brush, do you floss? The condescedning hygienist 6 months ago and groan after each response and I take good care of my teeth, so did not appreciate her at all....
