Appointment started on time. Both dentist, Dr. Sheppard and her dental assistant were professional and worked well together and individually. Very pleased once again with dental service from Dr. Sheppard.
Had my Deep Cleaning done yesterday. We did get started a little late, but only a few minutes and the service and procedure was great as usual.
This is the nicest dental office I have ever interacted with! Not only for the treatment your teeth get but also the treatment you get as a patient!
Two weeks ago Dr. Sheppard put 2 crowns on my teeth. The work was done very professionally. Now I even forget about my crowned teeth. No complains, no disturbing effects. Dr. Sheppard put me one more crown in May. The effect is the same. The crowns served me like my natural teeth. Thank you Dr.Sheppard and your friendly stuff for the excellent work!
I had to switch to Kirkland Gentle Dental recently due to our Dental Coverage changing. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendly customer service, dental care and explanation of what they were going to be doing at this appointment. I'd recommend to anyone.

the name says it all.....Dr Shepard and her staff are friendly, compassionate,patient, and above all---GENTLE.
Went in for some work. Reception staff was helpful and friendly (like always). Got seated a few minutes early and got started early. The dentist explained what was going on before every step in the procedure so I wasnt surprised by anything. The procedure was quick, painless, and the dentist very competant.
