It is kind of scarry moving to a new town and having to find new doctors. I was very pleased with the throughness of the evaluation and the care received. They even picked up on things my previous dentist had not mentioned or choosen to address. AND double yeah....they were in my insurance network!

Every single time I visit this clinic I feel blessed! They are incredible. I have been seeing Dr. Sheppard for the last 13 years, and I can say she is the best Dentist I ever had. Thank you Dr. Sheppard, Alla and the rest of her personnel.

I had a broken tooth and required a root canal. Everyone there was gentle, responsive if I seemed to be in any discomfort, numbing me further if requested. Since I am nervous around dentists they even gave me something to be calm. I had to go back several times for the root canal, build and crown procedures, and each time everyone was friendly, the location was clean and everyone was very...

I am new to Dr. Sheppard's practice, but she is by far the best I've been to in years. She and her staff are very good about explaining procedure and cost, and they are very caring and concerned with your comfort level. I highly recommend their services. Not a fancy office and no Ming vases in the waiting room, but I'm really ok with that, plus you spend very little time in the waiting room!

I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. Each time they PUSH flouride treatments, each time I say NO!!! I want it to stop. I also have to explain each time how often I brush my teeth and floss. This is ridiculous. I brush 2-3 times daily and floss daily. This is part of my routine and will never change.
