As a new patient I went to the office on 2 occasions for emergency dental care. I did not have an appointment but they were friendly and helpful in seeing me the same day. A difficult problem was solved promptly and efficiently. I'm glad I found them.

the gentle dental staff and dentists are very nice, accommodating as most as they can, and efficient. They have good early morning hour choices and some later afternoon choices. My lower teeth were a little crooked after not wearing retainers for the past 20 years after braces were done. Consequently, Dr. Mohsin pointed out that there was a hairline crack on my top tooth because my teeth weren't biting correctly. i know I've needed my wisdom teeth taken care of for quite a while but I'm terrified of the dentist. The nice thing about this office tho is that there's no reason to be scared of the wonderful people that work here. Dr. Mohsin successfully and painlessly removed two of my wisdom teeth and I cannot be more impressed with his skills and the rest of his staff. I'm really happy with my results. Went here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and efficiency of the staff. Gentle Dental beats all stereotypes of a dentistry and the staff was incredibly nice. I would recommend this to all of my friends and go there again.

Im not one to give praise at the DDS. Actually Im pretty hard on most (all) of them. I tend to wait until level 10 on the pain scale to see a DDS. (works for me). I guess I did some radical eating over the weekend and did something that took my level high enough to see a DDS. 1st they were able to fit in my emergency pretty quick. The team was good and took my dental bashing with a smile (impressive). I was super hard on the hygienist (its the law) but he stuck with me. Two weeks ago i took my two kids at this Gentle Dental and we are very pleased with the excellent service we got. From the front office, Jessica, Gabby, Dr. Mohsin, the dental asst. and hygienist everyone raised the bar of my dental experience. One thing that i don't want to do is go to see a dentist, besides that i don't like dental work. Okay I'm going to be very honest. I am not one that fancies going to the dentist. Sharp objects and heavy duty cleaning supplies near my mouth? I'd rather not. I visited Gentle Dental because I was experiencing sensitivity in an upper-right back molar. After examining me, they recommended a root canal and a crown and referred me to a specialist. The quoted price for the crown alone was approximately $1,100. I have no dental insurance and pay for all my dental care out of pocket, so this was a significant expense. Bad manager attitude. Told her what I wanted but got nothing but unagreed upon extra charges without explanation. Would not answer my calls or return them. Have full insurance but she found a way to charge me $300 for a cleaning that was approved and covered. Rip off!
