I was there at 10:00. There was an unpleasant odor when I walked in. Dentist took x-rays. I waited 30 minutes and some polished my teeth. I waited another 30 minutes and started to walk out but they asked me to stay to get my teeth cleaned! polishing before cleaning? Two hours to do these 3 things. They printed out a sheet of work to be done...all lies. They keep sending me reminders of my second visit even though they KNOW of my complaints. So they don't listen either. Stay away!

BAIT & SWITCH‼This office makes every effort to upsell. I cannot speak on their dentists, but their business practices are atrocious. Made an appointment for a dental cleaning, because they accept Delta Dental HMO insurance. Waited one hour and 10 minutes in their waiting room‼ Finally, x-rays taken, and dentist examined my teeth and gums. Recommended a crown replacement, and a periodontal deep cleaning with laser. For a first time patron who had to take anti-biotics for a cleaning, they gave me a 4PM then told me when I got there that there wasn't enough time for cleaning and gave me 6 pages of paper work to fill out first. I left frustrated and didn't see anyone.

The staff was very nice so I gave it 2 stars. I noticed a review with the same complaint I have. They wanted to charge me $640 for Antibiotics of 8 teeth ($80 a tooth) used for a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning is zero because it is covered under my plan. I am going to another dentist.

Went to this location for dental work. Yes it had been a long time. Front teeth got new crowns / root canal in one with no issue except looking at charges I paid out of pocket $2200. with an hmo insurance. paid for procedures i have never had done in the past. then I had three molars crowned w/no root canals and cant chew, drink or eat hot / cold items. I went in for a general teeth cleaning, They took X-rays told me everything looked good, They checked me and said I had some bone loss ( expected I am old ) then they walked in saying that to clean my teeth I needed a Deep Cleaning and it was going to cost $680.00 !! Yikes!! I said no that times are hard now and don't have that kind of money, Just to give me the cleaning that the insurance covers twice a year! I had liberty dental insurance which I dropped after my visit. The prices I was given at gentle dental was more with liberty dental than other places without insurance. Gentle dental manipulated me into paying 170 out of pocket because they claimed I needed medicine sprayed on my gums rather than just a cleaning which my garbage insurance would have covered at 100%. Two major issues with this office and most likely the corporation. First: When I went to sign in for my appointment, I was given a patient information to sign acknowledging that it's mine. My name was on it: however, it was someone else's information. I brought it to the attention of the 'office manager' who had no clue that it was a HIPPA violation - and frankly didn't seem to know what HIPPA is!!!
