Today was the first time I have been seen at Gentle Dental. In fact, one of the reasons I chose to go there was because of the name. From the intake call to when I left, it was the best and personable experience. Dr. Janowski was very gentle and walked me step by step of what was needed and why. The assistant was friendly and made sure I was comfortable with everything going on. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. ❤️
I'm coming here. Everyone is always friendly and professional. My hygienist Mari is so good. She takes the time to explain things and really cares about my dental health. Everyone involved in my care is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have referred several people here. The front office staff are so engaging and patient. They crack me up!!
Had a great first experience. Service was fast and professional. The staff was pleasant. After X-rays the dentist suggested preventative maintenance, that was actually achievable, and some issues. They were not pushy with treatment plans. The hygienist, Mari, was wonderful and informative. Mari worked with me, my issues, and pocketbook. Appreciate that I have been able to maintain the same hygienist who is great to work with. She is informative and works with me to set the best plan in place for my care. I have been fortunate to be seen at scheduled time with no delays. See you in 6 months!
I have been going to Gentle Dental for many years. They have always been very patient while explaining everything and what to expect. Dr Scott has a great bedside manner and is very nice and doesn't make you feel rushed. He addresses any dental issues I may have and offers a resolution. My hygienist Mauri is the best. She works very hard at making sure my teeth are well taken care of and makes sure that I am well informed on how to best do my part in my dental care.
