The staff at Gentle Dental is one of a kind! I absolutely loved my experience with Hygienist Angela. She took the time to read my patient chart, calm my anxiety I have around the dentist and was very informative about the cleaning I needed. Dr. Scott is great as well, he fixed my chipped tooth very quick and painless. I was able to make my appointment easily online and the front office staff was warm and inviting upon check in. Thank you Jared for doing my new patient X-rays. Thank you Gentle Dental!
Once again I was greeted by the staff upon my entrance, welcomed to the facility and awarded top notch service by both the dentist and the attendant. Very professional, but extremely friendly. Attentive but not fawning. Just quality. One issue that stuck out and which I ALWAYS admire. I lost confidence in my old dentist and was recommended Gentle Dental by Delta Dental. Professional, professional n time, listened to what I wanted achieve. Suggested options, provided a written treatment plan. When I approved they got right to work. I had been trying to get my old dentist to do the same thing for 4 years but only got the run around and an astronomical price for something I didn’t want to do. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist’s office than I did with Ms. Heather, Dr. Scott, and Mari. They were incredibly informative and never pressured me into unnecessary procedures. They focused on what really mattered and even took the time to help me understand my payment plan. The office was clean, sweet, and efficient—everything moved quickly and smoothly. Wasn't a fan of this place. I only came here because it was near my new home. I took time off of work for my appointment at 2 pm. Get there at 1:45. Speak to the dentist at 2:15. Hygienist comes in at 2:30 just to tell me she's about to start on a patient in another room and will see me after?? I would have had to sit there for another 45 min before getting cleaned?!
