I had a great experience at Gentle Dental (Laveen). I went in for a last minute appointment, and they were able to get me in that same day and do the procedure I needed. I was impressed at the speed of everything. The doctor did a great job at explaining what he was going to do and possible outcomes. The front desk ladies are very kind and helpful!
Talk about putting the best qualified people in the position then you’re speaking about Gentle dental . Never have I been treated with respect and kindness, the information they gave was priceless , always have your concerns there highest priority. They explain every detail and options for you . I have been to many dental clinics in my lifetime . But none like gentle dental. Very professional and knowledgeable dentist and assistants

Miss communication all together. I called for my son to have a cleaning. He went in for his appt and they gave him x rays and spoke to the dr. The dr came in and said he will then get a cleaning. No one came in and after 30 mins they said he will have to come back for a cleaning. They said a cleaning isn’t guaranteed the same day and that should have been told to me at scheduling (which it wasn’t) the dr also gave wrong information as well on him having a cleaning that day. Andrea is fantastic with my daughter. She has really made her fear of dentist office disappear. I would recommend her to anyone. The whole office staff is friendly.
