Dr Ted is fantastic. Best dentist. He explains everything and is very thorough. Gives great shots. Didn’t feel anything. Plus, he sings while he works. Always fun when they enjoy their work. The staff are all friendly too. Great atmosphere.
Due to lack of communication and patient care, I was forwarded to an endodontist for work that the office was unable to do because I needed a sedation specialist. I cannot emphasize enough how low I am rating this dental firm. The lack of personal interaction and attention to a patients specific needs was on full display from the moment I entered the office until this posting. I have already started my search for a new dental facility. In my opinion, Gentle Dental is the equivalent of the 99 cent store of dental care.
We’ve been bringing our kids here for years. It’s always a wonderful experience with the staff. The receptionists up front are always so friendly and welcoming. The doctor is always so kind and informative. Down to the x-ray and teeth cleaning, you’re always getting wonderful service when coming to this location. We’re so glad we chose to come here and bring our babies. We know they’re taken care of. Thank you, staff!
My appointment was at 9:30. I was called on time. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. Very pleased with the outcome of my dental procedures! I would highly recommend.
Dr. Ted is a very professional dentist. He took the time to explain the procedure to me. One thing I noticed was that he has a calm and gentle spirit. His hand was not heavy that caused pain while doing the procedure-his gentle touch made a difference.
