I really like this office, never had a problem and everything is always explained. All of the staff are pleasant and friendly. I really appreciate Martha in Ortho she is always a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her to anyone.

This place is great! Dr was very kind, gentle, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Prices are very good for the service they provide. A plus was the Food channel in the waiting area tv :)

Terrible Experience! I started with them about a year ago and got my wisdom teeth removed which I was over charged for! Still to this day I'm making payments on stuff I shouldn't have been charged for. Now they set me up on a treatment plan and I called my insurance and come to find out they were charging incorrect codes and over charging me by like $1,000. They are just trying to get money out of patients. Do not go there ! Something that was only supposed to cost $300 was being charged for $1,300+!

Horrible first time visiting experience, I scheduled two appointments for my child and arrived a little under 12 mins(3:18 pm) before appointment due to the weather. I signed in and sat down. After about an hour wait more and more (8) people came into the office and were seen right away with a wait time of 5mins are so. I finally asked the clerk at the desk how much longer it would take for my child to be seen since he had two appointments scheduled for today for general and a consultation. I wish I could give 0 stars. My experience at this office was deeply unprofessional and discriminatory. I scheduled new-patient appointments for myself and my 12-year-old son, completed all forms ahead of time, and arrived 15 minutes early. Be sure you check with your insurance to verify the work and payment because they basically stole about $1200 from me. Bad busines. And now it's been over 6 months to put in a grievance for my money back so they just got me for my money

Very unprofessional and office conducting insurance fraud. Emergency referral for in network oral surgeon. Front desk tired to demand $1200.00 even though insurance covered with zero co-payment due. After physically showing her the coverage proof, all she would say is, "Oh-well, this is what we charge." She was sarcastic and smirking. Sad some patients do get scammed. Gentle dental is not the place to go. The insurance company has been informed and stated that it was not the 1st complaint received.
