I and my kids have been here before without any issue, but yesterday was disappointing. I had called last week and asked if they had the type of porcelain crown ($50 copay) that was covered by my insurance. Yes, they said so I made the appointment. Unfortunately when I went in yesterday, staff quoted me $500 and that was a savings! They only had name brand porcelain according to this person. I left extremely disappointed.

Well I just left the office and I had such a bad experience first impression with the front receptionist her name is Mayra so rude and disrespectful I'm disabled and im Mexican so I felt discriminated I went to my appointment and while I was filling the forms for intake she said she could find my insurance information so I told her I will try to find information. they wanted me to call my HR from my work to find out information and I was trying then she keep been rude about it when I told her that I had an email confirmation... read more

Not a good place. This dental office prescribed an antibiotic with sulfa for my husband following a root canal. He wrote on his paperwork that he is allergic to sulfa drugs and is having a horrible reaction to the medication (now stopped). They have been open for four hours; still no one answers the phone nor did we get response to 2 voicemails or a reply from the on-call dentist. Not at all professional.

First off, always compare prices of services to other offices. This place will charge $700 for a two piece retainer and they were so rude that I drove to Rancho Cucamonga to pay $400 instead. The woman that sets appointments is nice, but that's the only positive. The woman that does the billing is condescending, sarcastic, and lacking in customer service professionalism. Myra one of the women who works in the front reception area is extremely rude. She started off by pulling up my profile which I called ahead of time to fill out. She informed me over the phone that my insurance information was not documented properly. When the situation was in the process of being rectified I explained to her that my insurance is located in Hawaii, and that the insurance company was part of a larger nationally known network. Don't trust the price breakdown that the staff gives you. I specially asked the front office for a detailed breakdown of what I would have to pay out of pocket after what my insurance will pay. On 12/12/12 I was given a price so I agreed to start the process of getting a root canal and crown. First off I had to go to another location to get the root canal. Where to start. My dental insurance has them listed as a provider. I called them they said yes they where. They took x-rays. Good so far. Then the office help tells me they never get reimbursed by my insurance company. Why not up front. I need a tooth removed. The dentists don't do that, they have to call someone in to do that. Okay. Again the speech, insurance does not pay for this. I call the insurance, They say they do pay and will handle it. Be aware of these people, they have my child who was 5 now 7 years old in collection for an error they made internally. I'm getting my lawyer involved now as it's been a world-wind event and they won't clear her without me giving them my social.

Front office staff IS THE WORST! EVERY APPOINTMENT WAS MESSED UP! They have NO KNOWLEDGE on what 2 schedule patients 4 & what procedures can not b done after getting certain procedures completed. They scheduled me 4 a deep cleaning & braces on the same day only 2 find out that can't b done on the same day due 2 having 2 wait 4 weeks 4 my gums 2 heal....3 weeks later they schedule me 2 have my gums examined. I had some issues at work so I called at 8am 2 c if I could go later they said no problem & moved my appointment 2 4pm ... read more
