Dr. O, my dental hygienist (I cannot remember her name, sorry!), and the whole staff were so kind and understanding. They were so patient and made what should have been an awful experience so much better than it could have been

When it comes to pain in my mouth, I’m a big baby so I go to the North Andover, gentle dental, which I discovered they are very, very gentle. Take care and the dentist I had today was very good. He took care of me with no pain.

I called for a last minute appt. last week, they got me in this week, already started work on two crowns so I could use my dental benefits for this year. Dr. Chase is a professional, has a good sense of humor, and is matter of fact about what work is needed, no pressure, left the choice to me on how we would proceed with work. The dental techs there also are a pleasure. I think these larger dental companies get a bad rap, from the two years I’ve been with General Dental, I have had a positive experience!

I have a massive fear of dentists and pain! I needed an emergency root canal and all I can say is, "Dr. Chase rocks!" Before beginning, we spoke about my concerns and he made sure I would always be numb and as a result, this equated to a completely pain-free experience. His work also looked like perfection. I could tell while he was working was a perfectionist and that assured me the work would be nothing but high quality. I will definitely be returning to him for future dental work.
