RecommendedI am so glad I found this dentist office. Everyone who works there is super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Labib is my dentist and he is a perfectionist and my smile looks great. I definitely will be recommending my family and friends to this office.
RecommendedHad to go in for a cleaning yesterday and then return today for a cavity filling, every employee I encountered was genuinely friendly and put me at ease! Dr. Chase has a great personality and a good sense of humor... maybe I won't be so afraid to go to the dentist as much now, ha! :-)
Avoid at all costs! This place is the definition of unprofessionalism. They tried to charge me $25 just to release MY OWN panoramic X-ray records—private medical information that should be accessible to me without unnecessary fees. On top of that, they falsely claimed I owed them a payment for an appointment I never even attended. Why? Because THEY rescheduled me without notifying me. They tried to charge an „emergency fee“ for an non - same day appointment ,for a procedure requiring a specialist, while no specialist was available on the day of the appointment. 😂😂
