Alicia Froehlich did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth and was very patient when I had extra issues to deal with. All the staff at Gentle Dental and Eugene Santa Clara area are wonderful and I have had nothing but great experiences there. They are timely, accommodating, and very understanding and patient. I really appreciate that. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs dental work.

I enjoyed my visit very much. There was a situation... I don't drive, my husband drives us around. While my teeth were being cleaned, he went to Trader Joe's. My cleaning appointment was at Noon, so we calculated one hour - time for him to shop and return ... I showed up for the Dental ER. Although it is true that it's first come first serve and the wait could take hours everyone was very kind and the waiting area was nice and quiet. Once my five hour wait was over and I got in they took X-rays and put in a temporary filling to "hopefully" last until my appointment in 3 months. All the staff are exemplary and exceptional when interacting with patients. The dental technicians and dentists are all skilled at a high caliber level and synchronize well! I was amazed at the skill they all exhibited. Best Gentle Dental office on River Rd in Eugene. I’m certain this office will grow exponentially with the awesome team they have!!
