This place is going to make me look forward to going to the dentist. All of the staff are very friendly and professional, the dental hygienist is gentle and informational, and the location is great (grocery and thrift shop nearby for before or after the dentist!). They even have a little knickknack vending machine and let me take home some treasures; see pics of the orange cat knickknack modeled on my orange cat. See y’all at my next appointment! 😃
I had a positive experience going to Gentle Dental North Eugene for a new patient appointment. The ease of making an appointment was great and I was greeted when I arrived. The exam room was clean and warm, so I was relaxed getting my dental X-Rays done. The quality and clarity of the imaging was incredible. Everyone I interacted with treated me with respect and caring. Thank you. I had need of a follow up appointment and Gentle Dental North secured me a spot. I appreciate the excellent patient customer service.
This is my home dentist, after years of neglecting my oral care I built the courage to get the ball rolling on turning that around. This office from the Front Desk to the Doctors and Dental Assistants are hands down the friendliest and most compassionate people. If you’re looking to get your teeth fixed, pulled or just a check up I highly recommend scheduling with them. I can officially say I’m no longer scared of the dentist as a 25 year old and that’s thanks to Gentle Dental!
My experience overall With Gentle Dental was amazing! Not only Did they make me feel safe And relaxed During the examination And also through the procedure I went through. My dental hygienist Was polite caring With an amazing Personality. Doctor Ayala Is the best ever On all phases! She brings true meaning to the term Gentle dental!!!! It was the best! Painless, efficient, professional, respectful. They helped with insurance issues, they CARED! Haven’t had such a great dental visit since I was a child! I’m 75. Cannot recommend them enough!
