Everyone is friendly here and makes us, the patients, feel cared for. X-rays are usually a problem for me because my mouth is small, but they were careful and also have great equipment so the X-rays went smoothly with no problem at all. Dr. Bergasen is a wonderful Dentist. Although, I just had an exam And not any dental work done. I felt he really cared and will be a great Dentist. The receptionists there are super nice . I'm definitely happy to have found Gentle Dental!
Best Dentist in Eugene / Springfield area by far! They are all super friendly, caring, and do excellent work! They are actually living up to their name. Super Gentle. I’ve never experienced a dentist as gentle as they are there.
This place is going to make me look forward to going to the dentist. All of the staff are very friendly and professional, the dental hygienist is gentle and informational, and the location is great (grocery and thrift shop nearby for before or after the dentist!). They even have a little knickknack vending machine and let me take home some treasures; see pics of the orange cat knickknack modeled on my orange cat. See y’all at my next appointment! 😃

I had a positive experience going to Gentle Dental North Eugene for a new patient appointment. Dr Ayala is wonderful and kind. The ease of making an appointment was great and I was greeted when I arrived. The exam room was clean and warm, so I was relaxed getting my dental X-rays done.
