I used the call center to make a new patient appointment for the River Rd location in about two weeks for a simple cleaning. The Friday afternoon before my Monday appointment I received a call confirming my appointment at Gentle Dental in Pleasanton, CA. I immediately called the River Rd location and could only leave a voicemail. I called the Pleasanton location and explained the call center's mixup. The wait time during the appointment was annoying. The amount quoted online and over the phone was no where near the quote in person. Frustrating!
