I the 50 year old scaredy cat dad that puts off dentist visits with the best of them. I finally bit the bullet and went in to get 2 cavities drilled, I mean, get 2 fillings. The entire procedure was so painLESS and GENTLE I couldn’t believe it. I already booked my next appointment for 2 more fillings. They are the best! Wow! From the time I walked in, until I left, everyone took great care of me!
My husband Robert had to have three major teeth pulled yesterday. They were exceptionally 100% caring and very good at what they did. The dentist was very caring and gentle with my husband who's 84 years old and he was in a lot of pain with those teeth .He explained things to him very nicely and took his time with him. His technician was outstanding also. Then even their office manager with our insurance and billing was 100% also. So all around they were fantastic couldn't ask for any better.I recommend them highly.👌
Let me be upfront: I am EXTREMELY afraid of the dentist. Every time I go to Gentle Dental, though, the staff is very kind. They are great about explaining what they're doing and very understanding of nervous patients. Every hygienist I've seen has a gentle touch, and the receptionist will pair you with certain hygienists if she knows you're scared. Charged $2000+ for a crown and it already needs to be replaced in less than a year for it not being seated and sealed properly. I have other crowns that I have had for almost 20 years with no problem. So, now I'm out even more money because the insurance won't help cover another crown for that tooth so soon.
