Had my scheduled appt. for exam and cleaning. Was called in at my appointed time. Lori was my cleaning professional. Staff took my xrays quickly and Lori got right to work. Very minimal discomfort during the cleaning, and she fast and efficient. Dr. V came in and examined my teeth and identified an issue in my teeth, and made a endo referral. Overall a great experience, and very pleased.

My husband Robert had to have three major teeth pulled yesterday. They were exceptionally 100% caring and very good at what they did. The dentist was very caring and gentle with my husband who's 84 years old and he was in a lot of pain with those teeth .He explained things to him very nicely and took his time with him. His technician was outstanding also. Then even their office manager with our insurance and billing was 100% also. So all around they were fantastic couldn't ask for any better.I recommend them highly.👌

My first visit to Gentle Dental, Prescott was actually wonderful! From reception to treatment rooms, very clean, organized and pleasant. All staff friendly, helpful and treated me like a valued client. Very impressed with thorough x-rays, explanations of procedures. Hygienist was personable, talked with me, gave me plan for cleaning. I have been going to Gentle Dental Prescott for several years. I was a bit hesitant about a corporate dental setting, but my experiences have been great. I have had a few issues with my teeth and they have been handled professionally, quickly and competently. I have had poor dental care in the past, so I do know the difference. I saw Lori again this week, and my cleaning was quick, professional, and enjoyable (I am also a great patient!!). Having moved from Phoenix and was a patient there, was glad I found Gentle Dental here. It was a bit of a job getting in, due to staffing, etc but Alexus was always apologetic and made it work. The hygienist was very thorough and all in all, a good visit. Will be back in February.
