My husband Robert had to have three major teeth pulled yesterday. They were exceptionally 100% caring and very good at what they did. The dentist was very caring and gentle with my husband who's 84 years old and he was in a lot of pain with those teeth .He explained things to him very nicely and took his time with him. His technician was outstanding also. Then even their office manager with our insurance and billing was 100% also. So all around they were fantastic couldn't ask for any better.I recommend them highly.👌

Gentle Dental is not that good at keeping existing appointments or making future appointments. But they are really good at sending monthly bills for unknown services. And then when you call to ask about the bill, no one answers the phone. This is one of the worst dental facilities Ive experienced and I would not recommend them. And I am one of those weird folks that doesnt mind going to the dentist and get higher level coverage for 3 cleanings a year.

I just moved to USA (Prescott) for 1 and half year. First time to visit Dental for deep cleaning. The staffs were really nice and friendly and the treatment I got also smooth and not hurt. Excellent service.

Had another visit with the hygienist Ashley. A good experience, as always. I told her today that I've had many different hygienists in my life, but that she is among the best - thorough, efficient, and gentle. You can't beat that combination.

I had a substitute hygienist. She was filling in because they were shorthanded and normally works at a different office. But she was great! So thorough and knowledgeable. Amber needs to get hired at Gentle Dental!
