The dentist took the time to actually explain what was going on with my teeth instead of rushing through the appointment. Every step of my treatment was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary procedures. The whole process was gentle, painless, and honestly way easier than I expected.

Dr. Lin is the absolute best. As someone with dental anxiety and has had tons of dental trauma. Dr. Lin listens, understands, and is extremely patient with me. He checks in. He's friendly in the best possible way. I could not imagine ever going to another dentist. The front staff is also the best. They are quick, work as a team, and are also so friendly while still remaining efficient. General Dental on Mae Anne is the only place me.

Pros: nice office staff that works as a team , like Dr Lin who is friendly, does the cleaning, education on your teeth and what's going on in your mouth so you understand. Thoroughly inspects your mouth. Office is about charges. Good location that is easy to find. Staff helps you feel comfortable and safe if you've got anxiety about dentist work. Office is clean and you're treated like a person. Con: May or may not do cleaning on same day

Just a caring and funny dentist who doesn't shame you about your teeth. He shows empathy, and works with your budget when possible. He is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Dr. Lin is an amazing dentist and I enjoy going into the office when I need to have my teeth worked on. He is so knowledgeable but makes sure that each patient understands the procedures involved. His staff is also very helpful and I appreciate that as well. Thank you again for making the dental process a comfortable one. Dee

wow! I was really impressed with this place! everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Lin, everyone was so nice and welcoming! Dr. Lin was very informative and I really like his mannerisms. The care here is definitely on point! thank you guys!

I could not recommend a dentist more. The entire office is kind, understanding, and patient. I worked with Tia who was so personable, caring, and genuine. She is a great listener. Dr. Kevin L was my dentist. I have never met a medical professional who was so genuinely kind, empathetic, and approachable. Like a lot of us, doctors give me extremely high anxiety. I've had such an amazing experience at this dental office. Kevin Lin is absolutely amazing, as well as the hygienist Jane Marlow ! When I first started coming I had so much fear and anxiety I was shaking and crying, but they treated me with so much respect and are so gentle. Kevin finally made me trust a dentist and now I can walk in and sit down with no fear or anxiety. He's quick to stop if I feel any pain or discomfort or if I even have to just breath.
