Dr. Smith is the absolute best. My teeth are shaping up perfectly after only a couple months. I’m extremely satisfied. Big up Raul, his customer service is a cut above the rest, exceptional. I love Gentle Dental and I’m happy I chose them.
Dr. Lin is the absolute best. The office is clean. The staff is both friendly and helpful. They make accommodations if needed. Dr. Lin is such a compassionate, efficient, and educated provider and I’m grateful to call him my dentist.
Dr Lin and Jane Marlow the hygienist are the best. I've had many dentist and hygienist over 60+ years. It took me 7 years in Reno to find them so I couldn't be happier. The office staff is very pleasant as well. They all make a great team.
Before teeth cleaning they asked me when my next visit would be. I didn't know when my next visit would be if you don't check my teeth. Immediately after, the teeth cleaning was too painful, I have never seen so much blood at the dentist. What should I talk to your manager about? The damage is already done
