Excellent! Kristin is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain insurance and costs up front. Doctor Lin explained the procedures as he did them; which I appreciated. I am difficult to get numb and I didn't feel a thing. Definitely "Gentle Dental"! My dental assistant, Tia, was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She made me the best crown I've ever had. I am not fond of going to the dentist! However, the staff at Gentle Dental are remarkable. A friendly greeting when I arrive, very professional and knowledgable/skilled treatment. They listen to my concerns, provide options for treatment and additional information to help me decide a house of action going forward. Highly recommend. D. Watts
Last minute appt for a broken tooth. Doctor Lin gave me several treatment options and did a great job of explaining. Staff was friendly and efficient!
I never even got to talk to a doctor. I'm not unhappy with my current dentist; but I was hoping this office might be able to help with a procedure I need since they offer financing options whereas my current doctor doesn't. I was told "we're an elite office" & that it was pointless for me to even come in to talk with someone. They made me feel like garbage because I don't have $1,000s readily available for a dental procedure.
When I visited Gental dental for my second cleaning I was very pleased how all involved took care of me. never had an office take such pride and steadiness during my cleaning. Never seemed rushed or uninterested and I definitely wasn’t uncomfortable either. I’m very happy with my teeth and they look great ! I found this office and will continue to support Gental dental.
