Gentle Dental for me was a positive experience. I went in there because of a tooth issue. Dr. Lin was very kind and very knowledgable. What I noticed was the fact that he explained several options with me concerning the tooth and I appreciated his candor. I am not fond of going to the dentist! However, the staff at Gentle Dental are remarkable. A friendly greeting when I arrive, very professional and knowledgable/skilled treatment. I'm not a fan of dentist but kevin was hilarious and made me feel comfortable. However I have to give a bad review cause it's been almost a month since my deep cleaning and my teeth hurt like I have multiple cavities. Sorry but I won't be going back. Plus it cost me over $600 with extra insurance.
Everyone is always so nice and helpful in the office. Jenny and Jane are my two all time favorite hygienists. And Dr. Lin is always so kind and everyone truly has a gentle touch.
