This is by far THE best dental practice I have ever worked with, from front desk to the dentist himself, and every person in between. Everyone is friendly, professional, helpful, and very good at what they do. We came here after our old dentist stopped taking our insurance. My wife and I both got next-day appointments for new patient visits, and they then got us in immediately for cleanings and even the one filling I needed. I’ve been a satisfied client of Gentle Dental Reno Northwest for 4 years. Dr Lin and his staff are always professional, efficient and thorough. All treatment plans and services are discussed with me ahead of time - so, no surprise bills. And, I know they value my time because I’m always seen at the scheduled appointment time or early.
The dentist himself is excellent. The staff asked me if I wanted to reschedule my appoint in four different ways when I explicitly stated I wanted to cancel an appointment when I joined the call, and answered the same way every time I was asked. I also have been getting daily emails for a credit card which I have only seen advertised in their office, so I am not particularly happy about that either.
Dr Lin is an outstanding dentist who really cares about his patients. He explains issues so it’s easy to understand what is going on and strives to make your experience as painless as possible. His team is also friendly and extremely professional. I’ve been a patient for 2 years and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my dental needs.
Dr. Lin is amazing. I had a crown replaced. He is very friendly, answered my questions and works fast and smoothly. The assistant was also great, and Raul at front desk is always sweet and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at Gentle Dental.
