Dr. Chen is very kind and personable. The staff are professional and understanding.
Had a great experience with Dr. Lin and his staff. It's been 2 years since I went back and he made the environment welcoming and at ease. He made sure at any moment if I was doing okay and if I was in any pain. His priorities is what the customer wants done to their teeth and gave me the choice to see what I want done first. This is the best overall dental office I have ever been to. And I have been seeing dentists for 60 years now. The front desk gal was friendly and welcoming. The X-ray tech was friendly and efficient. And the dentist, Dr. Kevin Lin, is one of the best dentists I have ever been to as far as skill, and certainly the friendliest. I had put off going to the dentist for a long time and was incredibly anxious about my appointment. I ended up having such a great experience at this location. The receptionist, X-Ray tech, and dentist were all wonderful at their jobs. They were able to fit all of my dental work into the visit and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the visit.
I had my first appointment at Gentle Dental today. Not only did I come in extremely nervous but it was my first time back to the dentist in 7 years. From the moment I stepped through the door I was greeted by name by the sweet woman at the front desk named Nicole. She is very friendly and super welcoming. normally do not leave reviews, but after months of ongoing dental problems, I feel I need to share my experience with Gentle Dental Reno Northwest. I had crown work done that has caused ongoing discomfort and repeated issues. Crowns have come loose/fallen off, and I have difficulty flossing due to excess cement between and behind the teeth. Implant fell out within 24 hours. Cap installed over a cavity. Provider tried to take corrective action or refund fees but was overruled by the corporate owners of the business.
Been going here for 3:00 or 4 years and was dropped thrown out no looking back in one day because I had to change my insurance , what happened to all the things you said to me and my family all these years that you care and want to help but soon as the insurance is different you throw us away like we're nothing
