Wow I am so impressed with everyone at this location. Courtney is always accommodating your needs as far as when they can get you in and what works well with you, plus she is great at going over the bills and provides impressive customer service. Todd Cressman I am so grateful for. He is the most talented dentist I have ever been too. He really knows what he is doing and the next day I was in very little pain as well. Great staff! I went in for a simple exam and they quickly found out I have several issues to tackle. They didn't pressure me and professionally let me know my options to make me confident to get my teeth fixed. They managed to get it done the same day! I came in for a replacement of old ill-fitting prosthesis. My appointment process was easy. I was so glad that I was able to complete my lengthy registration documents on line, prior to my dental visit. I was greeted with a smile and I was seen promptly by Lalaine. Going to the dentist is not usually something anyone looks forward to. I can't say I can't wait for my next visit, but when it is time to go, I am so grateful for the staff at Gentle Dental Spanish Trails. They are all so kind, understanding, and caring. Dr. Cressman is always cheerful and joking. He pops in, makes sure you're doing ok, does the work, and pops back out, making sure to give a final goodbye. I found this practice to be extremely nice, very Professional and the office manager was very helpful and caring. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Cressman is fantastic, and his entire staff is top notch. Nicholas was wonderful and treated me like family. I appreciate the care, knowledge and the ease of treatment. Everyone at Gentle Dental was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and kind. They guided us through everything we needed to know about our insurance and required procedures, making us feel comfortable despite having less-than-ideal dental coverage. We're glad we chose them to start our dental health journey.

I've been going here about 4 years now, and I am very happy with this dentist. I am in and out with my cleanings in about 30 minutes, and they schedule my next appointment that day, so I dont have to worry about doing it later. Best part is that it is so close to home, so I dont have to travel far either.

My son has been going here for 4 years, it's always a wonderful and welcoming experience. They help him with his dental care and how to do it himself. The staff, especially Betty are awesome. And the doctor is great with his patients.
