If I could give zero stars I would , they scheduled me and the dentist was not there! I had to reschedule and Beware they will tell you that your insurance will cover but will turn around and charge you. Unethical please do your self a favor and stay away from this place. Spoke to Ann the manager and not very helpful at all. Thank you Gentle Dental
Not a good dentist. Does half ass job. I dont know why they call themselves gentel dental if they are not gentle at all. There are many more better dentist to go to.
I know nothing about dentistry and was not given a choice on the amount of x-rays that they gave me. I do not have insurance and subscribe to the Smile Plan. I feel like I was given an excessive amount of x-rays without my acknowledgement. This dentist should educate the patient about the necessity of the additional x-rays beyond the full mouth x-ray. This place is horrible with appointments, you make an appointment to sit here for another 30 minutes. They do not care about your time as a patient. I have been stuck coming here here because I have braces. It has never been a time I have come for an appointment and been walked to the back. I have been coming here for 2 years. If you are a busy person don't come here stay away.

The staff in the back were pretty nice and dentist made my daughter feel comfortable during her exam but my problem with this dentist is ongoing in trying to get a cleaning appointment. Holy shit every time I call, they are booked up for 2+ months or longer. I guess that's a good problem for them to have but maybe hire another person to do cleanings? even tho medicade gave us a book and said this location takes this insuarnce when i called the lady answerd and said, no we dont take that the other locations do but we wont, & hung up, ok well you could have been nicer, and also if the other locations take it why wont you? its the same dental offices, anyways besides there good reviews which is why i called, im thankfull i dont have to deal with horrible service from the front desk.!
