38000 mile service on Ford explorer On Thursday I took my car to George Wall for its 38000 mile service. I waited in customer waiting area which was quite comfortable. Needed service was done after tech gave customer service their feedback which they relayed to me.
Explorer Excellent overall experience, quick and easy! Everyone there was very knowledgeable and Mike walked me through every feature on my new Explorer. They have a customers for life!!

Beachfront We needed a Ford Dealer we could trust to do the repair job the right way versus our experience at a different Ford Dealer. We asked friends for a recommendation and George Wall was the consistent response. Their level of service, technical expertise and willingness to step up and take on the situation was first class. The job was done right and they fully explained the reason for the problem, what they did to fix it and stood by their work. All of which was top shelf. A First Class organization.
