Very nice people to deal with. iOS a royal pain to get in for an oil change. I live 20 miles away and try to schedule things when I am there anyway. It took 4 tries to get in, and even then I had to wait 2 hours for the appointment. I liked it much better when they had the Express line where you could just drive up and get routine stuff taken care of. The people are very courteous, though
