That were awesome! Had an issue with my tire and they switched it out on the spare wheel for me. Wasn't sure if warranty issue or not so they helped with that too! Y'all rock! Thank you!

Took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for service and ask them to check popping noise in rear of jeep . Jake called me said noise was in rear end. After taking apart found gears damaged needing to be rebuilt . Jake was very helpful working with dealer to get fixed with good will price. I was disappointed that it happened but they went above and beyond to help get it fixed.
Very nice pleasant to work with. Did not have to stay for 1/2 a day to get everything approved for us. We seen what we liked and with in a few hours we were out the door with our new Jeep. Definitely will tell others about experience there.
Brandon was fantastic. We were traveling through North Carolina and got into an accident. We stopped by the dealership to see if we could get our air conditioning fixed so we could get home to Georgia. Brandon worked to get the supplies we needed, talked with our insurance claims agent, and had the service department fix our air conditioner. The speed and quality of work fit our schedule since we were staying in Salisbury for only a week. We are very happy with the results and the quality of service we received from Brandon.... read more
The process was quick and easy and the team there @ Gerry Wood Automotive was awesome. My sales guy Austin was extremely helpful and got me everything I needed. Financing was a breeze and they even delivered my new car. Great experience and I will be back when it's time to upgrade!
