Everyone we worked with was wonderful. Cory Dangerfield went above and beyond to obtain any information we needed. I had COVID so I stayed away from the paperwork portion. The staff accommodated us, making the contactless transaction go very smoothly. Most importantly, they treated us kindly.
We took our car in and received it in a timely fashion. We were called when it was ready, with the service man Joshua that they would call after a test drive. We picked it up… washed and looking good. Great service!
First oil change and tire rotation at Gerry Wood and it was a very positive experience. They were quick to get my car in the door and kept me updated on my car. They found a couple of damaged lug nut and replaced them. I’ll be back for sure.
