Had a flawless shopping experience over the internet with this dealership. From the owner, sales manager and sales rep everyone involved were serious car enthusiasts which was a great asset. Not pushy and super helpful. A collectors dream.
I brought my vehicle from Gerrywood in 2008 brand new Charger. I have been getting my services every due date. I enjoy talking with the workers and love the shuttle van to take we where I need to go if in needed.
Although it took some time to get the parts in needed for my vehicle, Shane was very friendly and explanatory as to the delay making things easier during the wait. I also like that the person who initially takes the customers call is the one who follows through for that service. It was also nice to have the dealer provide a courtesy shuttle for convenience.
David was excellent to deal with. He was able to get our truck fixed and get me a quote for some accessories that I wanted to add later. No problems.
Tommy worked magic. I'm sooooooo HAPPY Him and his team were very knowledgeable about my needs and got me where I needed to be.
