People friendly. Martin Bailey was a great salesperson during and after the sale. He wanted to make sure I knew about the car and all the electronics. I cannot express this enough. He was GREAT!!! The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 was for the man that did my trade in appraisal I know no one gets the full "today" sales price" for a trade in, but this man did a highway robbery.
