Came in for an oil change and to have the car checked for future trip. Very fast service, Felipe came in and told me items that were due (air filter, wiper blades, etc) and did not pressure me to have it all done right then and there. The service crew there is the best. I appreciate the consistency of having the same people there to work with, because I know they know me, my car and my history at Gerry Wood Kia. They had open appointments and the service was very fast. They have a very friendly staff.
They schedule appointments normally. I could not come on a day they took appointments, so they worked me in earlier for an oil change and tire rotation. Felipe always treats me courteously and takes me right in. He generally has my car washed before he delivers it back to me. The distance is a little bit of a problem for me since the cost of gas has gone up, but it is worth the drive knowing I am being treated fairly and honestly. I will continue going to Gerry Woods KIA as long as that continues.

I took my car in for an emergency repair and Chris G. immediately asked me to bring my car in and they would repair it as soon as possible. The staff was very cooperative and always willing to help in anyway.
Just bought my second car from Gerry Wood. Love the staff at this dealership. They all made the car buying experience great. Especially during these difficult times.
