Always a great experience- had an “emergency “ repair I needed done and Chris G. got me in on a very busy day. He is such an awesome service advisor and everyone at the dealership friendly and a joy to work with.

We have been Gerry Wood Kia customers for over 10 years. Their service department is the best!!! Chris Gurley has helped us often and is always helpful and knowledgeable. We live about 45 minutes from the dealer. Several times I have had something occur that I did not know how to fix. I have called Chris and he has talked me through the fix. This last trip was not different! Excellent service and wonderful staff.
The buying process was really smooth. The vehicle pickup from the dealership which included a complete vehicle features/systems setup was professionally conducted by Heidi and was very helpful. Great job.
