First time buyer here!! And what a great experience Crystal Burt explained step by step, communication is key to any relationship and Gillott has that perfected. I am beyond impressed I cant say enough about them above and beyond when they say your family they mean it. I look forward to working with them again and telling everyone about them
Our first home purchase was a very difficult transaction which took three months. We did not use Gillott that time. This time was so much better using the right real estate team. The Gillott team really is leaps and bounds above everyone else! We had to sell and buy a home at the same time and still it was better. There was excellent communication among them to help us with every question and detail. Special shout out to Ali, Vickie, and Ashley for being so good to us!
We inherited the home and property from my Mom and Step Dad. This is a very unique place with 5 acres, huge shop, 2 ponds, spring fed water, generator and a lot of wildlife. The team of Mary and Kelsie performed very well and worked their tails off for me. It was greatly appreciated. Im a first time home buyer, so not really having any idea how the "whole" process works and plays out was stressful at times. To putting out offers to being rejected then ultimately finding the right place for myself.
