I’ve always have gotten excellent care from Glacier Medical. My primary doctor is Dr. Eckstrom! She is the best and really cares about her patients
Mixed review here. I was there just today for a health check after going through some physical trauma. The nurse who drew my blood and also my new GP Dr. Maaliki were fantastic, but the rest of the office is NOT being run well. Rude and impatient staff who made me feel like cattle getting herded through their machine.
My daughter has not been feeling well today, her fever kept getting higher and she kept feeling worse so I decided to take her to urgent care. I called at 4:30 to make sure they were open. The gal said we close at 5, so I asked if I make it in 15 minutes can she be seen. She said well it's your choice and we are open at 11 tomorrow. So we drove over from Columbia Falls; we arrived between 4:45 and 4:50, the lights were on, the open sign was lit but the doors were locked and the lobby was empty.
