Always get good care..Dr. Eckstrom is awesome and always takes the time to talk with you...all the staff is personable and caring
Dr. Austin is the best pediatrician ever. She actually listens. My kids love her. Our daughter has autism and she is great with her. It is hard to find a doctor that knows much about autism. The office staff is always polite and helpful. And her nurse, we love her too.
I love the care I received here. My only complaint is that their phones are a nightmare to navigate. Getting an appointment is challenging because you call, get a voicemail, leave a message with the scheduler, wait for a return call, miss the call, call again and repeat.
We have been very, very happy with the care we have gotten from our primary physician Dr. Jon Miller at Glacier Medical. He goes out of his way to make sure we are treated in a timely manner and listens to cares and concerns. The office hours are wonderful and the availability of the Urgent care makes the drive to Whitefish worth it. His nurse Heidi, is also amazing. She puts the boys right at ease. Love this facility. Doctor Austin is caring and kind and a great communicator! They are all very efficient.
I was a visitor to the area and needed medical treatment. My husband and I walked in, were greeted immediately and before I finished the paperwork was taken to a room and saw a doctor. I was there for an eye problem and what Doctor French prescribed took care of it within an hour. We remarked on leaving that we wish our community had a facility like this. It was Great!
I have been going to this clinic on and off since 1996!! I love the Drs and staff!! Erickson delivered 2 of my babies and he is the best Dr ever!! We now see Dr Eckstrom and I cannot imagine taking my kids anywhere else ever!!! Absolutely love her!!!
