I guess I've now met 3 ex-employees and heard the same 3 stories. All 3 liked the place and wanted to work there but they pay less than a counter job at McDonald's and the manager sounds like the worst. They said they'd get told things like thanks for providing affordable health care all the time while the doctors still make full salaries and everyone else gets burned. My mom just went to have blood drawn and said Makala did the best blood draw ever, she didn't feel a thing.
Front desk has a bad additude misrable service won't even let me make apointment because no one is avalible till after 2 why are you paying her to answe phones if she won't evenhelp a customer

My daughter has not been feeling well today, her fever kept getting higher and she kept feeling worse so I decided to take her to urgent care. I called at 4:30 to make sure they were open. The gal said we close at 5, so I asked if I make it in 15 minutes can she be seen. She said well it's your choice and we are open at 11 tomorrow. So we drove over from Columbia Falls; we arrived between 4:45 and 4:50, the lights were on, the open sign was lit but the doors were locked and the lobby was empty.
