I have tried calling for the past month to cancel my membership and can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone. I am getting charged monthly still because I can’t get my anyone right answer the phone and I haven’t used the services in months and i have gone to multiple stores already and nobody is any help. Want a refund. Not happy and do not recommend!!!

This was a great place about a year ago. I have a membership and I am going to cancel after my experience today….if I can get someone to answer the phone. Lately the staff have been rude, the rooms are almost never stocked with towels, bonnets etc. They used to have robes so if you were getting multiple services done you didn’t have to change clothes a million times.
