The longest wait for a no appointment spray tan! There were 3 people in front of me yet I waited for over 45 minutes and watched people come and go constantly while I sat and waited the girl kept telling me she would be with me in a minute yet I still sat and waited!! No idea how then tan will turn out but AT THE BEACH I know how it turns out! This place is horribly run and if they don't take appointments then why am I being skipped?

I wish I didn't buy a membership because I've been to three stores now and have not been impressed a single time. I wish they didn't buy out all the other tanning salons because I would rather go absolutely ANYWHERE else. I waited OVER an hour to get sprayed after the wellness pod and watched everyone else go in front of me before asking my spot in line. Guess who was never added to the list!!

I go here and I like the services but I get really tired of waiting in line while they try to sell people products. The process is way too long just to get assigned a bed.
I am never one to write reviews, but oh my goodness this place is crazy. Specifically the one on 63rd. The business model is to absolutely sell you everything they have. If you already have tanning lotion, it's not good enough. You have to buy the intensifier and the face products alone. The Collagen spray. The spray tan spray for before & after... IT'S BS. This place was great for the first few months. Now you have to wait every time you come. The Versa is always broken. The rooms are not prepared with towels. Several times they said they were out of towels. Staff is rude. I have been waiting over an hour to sprAy tan. I will cancel as soon as I find another salon.
DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP. They tell you how "easy" it is to cancel but it is a total lie. I have called a dozen times to try and cancel my monthly membership without success. You have to leave a message and there are zero callbacks. I am so disappointed that businesses do this. I will NEVER return and am going to call the better business bureau. This is unacceptable.
I've enjoyed the other locations but this one is a joke! Stood in line ten minutes and no one even greeted the five of us waiting * the girl just let the line pile up. When I got up there all the beds were dirty and so there was none to use. Said there was a wait and there was only me and one other lady in the lobby.
