Another billing issue!! Last year, my account wasn't suspended after I spoke to a clerk who told me it would be. Got charged for a month, and we were told it would be credited to my account, but it never was. Earlier this week, I went on a purchase. They are the worst. I bought a plan and was only allowed to use red light therapy once a month for $21. I called a bunch to customer service and they only cancel through online over the phone you can't just go in and cancel it. (I was moving.) They charged my card again this month and I already canceled it plus they put my name in wrong so it took me forever to get them to "deactivate my account." They don't tell you any of this when signing you up. It's like impossible to explain how angry I am with this company.
I went to this location today to be greeted with having my first and last name asked and told I was going into a certain bed how long did I want. I was very taken back seeming every other location I have been to never has told me they asked or offered. She said they always do that which I know is not true I have been there several times. Well, I am not one to leave reviews anywhere. But this time something must be said. I have been tanning at glow tanning for many years. Was tanning there when it was purchased by Glo tanning. I am sure that I got grandfathered in on a plan that included a standup bed and a lay down bed. After a couple of months From being purchased by Glo, they removed the laydown tanning beds at almost every location... Finally every location. I went in on a Saturday wanting to redeem the one feee session on their website. The person working explained it's only good Sunday through Tuesday but said if I wanted to pay for a session I could then use it when I came back in. She was very nice as I explained I used to tan weekly but now because of skin health issues my only option is to try a spray tan. I told her after I use my free session I planned on becoming a member to use the red light therapy bed as well as the cocoon bed hoping they will help my skin issues. So... read more

This place used to be amazing! Friendly staff, quick service, always clean. A few weeks ago apparently all the wonderful, friendly staff quit. I heard working conditions were terrible! Now it is soooo slow, staff is less than friendly, floor is always nasty and have even found dirty towels in the floor of my room. I'm disappointed. Going here used to be relaxing and fun. No so much anymore.

The longest wait for a no appointment spray tan! There were 3 people in front of me yet I waited for over 45 minutes and watched people come and go constantly while I sat and waited the girl kept telling me she would be with me in a minute yet I still sat and waited!! No idea how then tan will turn out but AT THE BEACH I know how it turns out! This place is horribly run and if they don't take appointments then why am I being skipped?

I wish I didn't buy a membership because I've been to three stores now and have not been impressed a single time. I wish they didn't buy out all the other tanning salons because I would rather go absolutely ANYWHERE else. I waited OVER an hour to get sprayed after the wellness pod and watched everyone else go in front of me before asking my spot in line. Guess who was never added to the list!!

I go here and I like the services but I get really tired of waiting in line while they try to sell people products. The process is way too long just to get assigned a bed.
