I absolutely love Glo!! So much more than your average tanning salon. Several beds to choose from along with other treatments, you can't go wrong with this place. The concept is awesome and the staff has been exceptional every time I've gone in. Love this business and so thankful I made the switch!!
Clean. The staff is so professional and kind - I'm a newb to tanning and clueless. The place is really clean. I've had two sessions and notice an improvement in skin tone already. I've never waited more than 5 minutes. I look forward to coming and it's fun!
Love this new Tanning /SPA experience. I recommend you guys trying the great beds/spa equipment. Employee's are very professional and helpful.
Lots of services and memberships to choose from. Highly recommend the spa services and norvell spray booth

Great first experience in Glo today. They have a very friendly staff and Danielle took extra good care of me and answered all of my questions!! Great place to go and pamper yourself.
So much more than tanning! But, the tanning is great too! I went for the pods...and noticed a difference almost immediately. With the Skin Wellness, I felt more energy and obvious, skin softness. The staff has been impressive and helpful with explaining everything, they make you feel comfortable. Thank you (sp) Corbin and Sara for taking care of us!

I love this location & the girls who work it! Always super kind & helpful. Booths have always been perfectly clean according to my standards.
Another billing issue!! Last year, my account wasn't suspended after I spoke to a clerk who told me it would be. Got charged for a month, and we were told it would be credited to my account, but it never was. Earlier this week, I went on a purchase. Was it only I who made two separate purchases, but the cashier was having an issue and ended up charging me twice for one of my purchases. I called Customer Service and left a voicemail. They are the worst. I bought a plan and was only allowed to use red light therapy once a month for $21. I called a bunch to customer service and they only cancel through online over the phone you can't just go in and cancel it. (I was moving.) They charged my card again this month and I already canceled it plus they put my name in wrong so it took me forever to get them to "deactivate my account." They don't tell you any of this when signing you up. It's like impossible to explain how angry I am with this company.
