Hands down, best customer service I've ever experienced. Nika at Glo makes my experience smooth and simple every time. She's extremely thorough and educational about each product. I'm going to Miami next week and was hesitant about getting a spray tan but by the time I was done talking with Nika about my concerns I was confident walking into the spray tan booth and 20x more confident walking out!

The manager here, Nika is genuinely one of the kindest, most dedicated workers I have seen in a long time. She always makes a particular effort to make my experience welcoming and enjoyable. Nika was the best! I typically just go for the spray tans on the basic membership but I had an extra credit this month so I tried a spa service. she helped me understand what each service did AND I LOVED the one she recommended. She also let me try another service and after that i was totally convinced to upgrade my membership!! the staff Is so welcoming and Im so glad I found this spot!
Amaya and Elyse reminded me that good customer service still exists. In this difficult reality since covid customer service has taken a nose dive so it was an absolute pleasure to be greeted with great enthusiasm and down to earth gals. Thx and I will be a new happy member at Glo on Leetsdale in Denver, CO!!
I have nothing but good things to say about Glo. The girls working at the front are always super kind and helpful. The salon itself is very neat with plenty of options available whenever you come in. I love the $69 a month membership to use whatever machines you want as much as you want. All in all, Glo is excellent.
Great price for a monthly package. They have so many great machines. It's been hit or miss with the friendliness of the staff, but I get everyone has a bad day and you can't be happy all the time.
Heather is amazing!!! I had been in once before moving away and had an ongoing account. I called heather and she was so kind. She said as very professional and understanding of my situation. She was able to fulfill my needs and I am extremely appreciative!
Staff is super friendly! Prices are way worth it, especially if u get family plan with a friend. Found my new fav tanning salon.
Coco is such a ball of sunshine! She was seriously so helpful and uplifting! This girl needs a raise!!! She helped me get a membership and took her time showing me all of the lotions! She was very informative and made me feel comfortable the whole time! Very clean and calming environment as well!
