BAIT & SWITCH - will be nice to you to get you to sign up & then will be completely different people. The 2 beautiful girls closing tonight saved me. I'm never the person to show up to an establishment right before they close, but tonight I absolutely had too. I'm incredibly grateful for their kindness and patience.
The Buchtel location is my favorite glo by far. Nika is awesome and super knowledgeable-she takes the extra time to make sure I always have a great experience and recommend things I need. Love your services!
I’m writing this review on behalf of my daughter. She came in to try out a service, and it is safe to say we won’t be coming back. Upon speaking to a few friends it seems to be a common theme here that the girls are extremely rude. Do not even care to acknowledge customers coming in and seem offended that clients want to use services. I’m not sure if this is a Glo thing or if it is just this location, and it is a shame because they do offer good services.
I have been going to this salon for a LONG time, at least since they bought the location. Tonight was one of the reason I have been reminded why I have stayed. It's not just the products or the atmosphere. It's the Employees!!! One in particular that reminded me of this was Nika (sp?), she was absolutely fantastic!!!
