Loooove the palms tanning resort! Have been tanning here consistently for 4 years! I hadn't heard of the palms until I discovered they were the tanning sponsor of the professional dance team I am on! Myself and my teammates love coming into this resort like tanning salon! If the ocean sounds and waves projecting on the wall doesnt sell you then the tanning beds and staff will! I am a loyal Palms customer and recently visited this location and was not disappointed! They have upgraded their beds and even added air brush tanning!!!! I have become a huge fan of air brushing and was glad to see that The Palms had it! Always a fan of this salon, beds and staff!!
I have been tanning at the various Palms locations since high school and I was thrilled to about the expansion of the company, especially to a location so much closer (although they are worth the commute). The new store is huge!! And so beautiful inside. I also like this store because it is so open and not as crowded so I can be in and out in no time! Hands down the best tanning resort around, I won't go anywhere else!!
I have been a frequent customer of all the palms tanning resorts down south for a while now, so I was completely excited when I found out they were opening one down the street from me. And they did not disappoint! The new palms is even more beautiful, open, and quite a lot larger than its sister resorts. Save your money! I'm Glo tanning customer in Greenwood Village and don't waste your money. The tanning beds have 1 setting and that's basic. I've tanned 3-4 times a week and I've never had a good tan, just average color. I haven't been in the tanning rooms at Chuze fitness after my membership with Glo. Today I tanned for 10 minutes at Chuze and it was nice to see a tan instead of what Glo offers. Glo is a waste of money and time.

I don't know if it really matters if I write a review. The young unprofessional rude girl didn't seem too worried about it, but I really don't care what she thinks. The first time I was there, I purchased the Luxury membership option for $69.95 a month. I tried twice, to no avail, to reach out personally to the owners, following an incident whereby my daughter and I were treated like second-class citizens by the two immature teenagers running this so-called salon. I begged them to call the owner while I was in there, and they said they weren't allowed to call their own boss, but rather only email. Don't waste your time and money. After being a member for years I recently found out I was pregnant, 3 days after my card was charged. I kindly asked for a partial refund as I didn't know 7 days before my renewal date that I was pregnant. They are refusing any type of refund. Due to this I am unable to make my first prenatal appointment. Money is tight for everyone during Covid, but their refusal to refund is ridiculous. They are charging me for an entire month that I am unable to tan. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY
