Beautiful tanning facility. It makes you feel like you are truly in a resort somewhere tropical. I expected to be sold tanning lotions or additional add-on when I first walked in to sign up for a membership, but wasn't, which was pleasant. It was my husbands first time tanning so I did expect that they would offer some sort of instruction but didn't. It's a nice place employed by young ladies, could service be better, maybe. However, the cleanliness and the overall experience makes up for it.

I have been pleased with this salon since switching from a competitor due to location and convenience. They have nice beds in decent condition, and I like the tropical, more private ambience that differentiates them. Their staff is generally friendly and available to sign in and assist, with backup at the ready. I also love that there is no upsell game, while my previous salon chain would hammer into deep conversations about their $120+ lotions customers NEED to buy (when you still have a good supply!). I have been coming here for a few years now and I have to say it is one of the best places to tan in Castle Rock. They offer a wide range of tanning beds as well as two different spray tanning booths. I prefer the Versa tanning booth, but the other one does a good job too!

I have been going to this location in Castle Rock for a while now. It's convenient and I typically never have to wait for a bed. For this, I'm torn on the ranking. Last night I was in there and I kept hearing these screams of laughter. When I was leaving there were a group of younger girls back by the projected beach scene taking pictures and playing round with the scenery, fun however, too loud for a what seems this place of business is staged for. I come here to tan with my friends all the time. I always use The Palm's Versa Spa for my spray tans and it turns out perfect every time! The girls are always so positive and helpful! This is by far my favorite tanning salon! Mia, and Bizz were very helpful. Also such a clean salon! Keep up the great work.

Been going to the Palms for a couple months now, decided to give it a try based on other reviews and not so good reviews on other places in CR. Super clean salon, many bed choices and monthly plans to fit your budget. Love that I can just walk in when it's convenient for my schedule. Girls at the front desk are always nice as well.
