Customer service is so important. So many businesses seem to miss that, but this one does not. They are unlike any other tanning place I've been to. They are not pushy at all! Also, their low level beds are extremely high-quality. This place is REALLY nice too! If you're looking around at other tanning places, trying to decide where to go, seriously look no further. This is your place.
This place is so amazing! I stepped foot in there for the first time today because of the open house they have going on this weekend. You walk in and it's so much bigger than it looks like from the outside! Kept very clean and a nice relaxing spa- like environment. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE, I just transferred my membership over from the Irving location, (I moved, and still love Irving too), but this is the best after work ritual. I come and do a spa treatment and sweat out some toxins and then I tan, everyone who works there is awesome and although it is pricey, its so worth it to look and feel good at the end of every day!
I love love love Glo!! The salon in Bedford is amazing, and the employees are all super sweet and they really make me feel relaxed and at home. I recently moved a bit further away, but I will continue to make the drive out to Bedford to this location because I enjoy it so much! The prices are great and they run lots of specials. The quality of the beds are top notch, and they're always clean and the bulbs are always new. If you're looking for a new tanning salon, I really wouldn't look elsewhere.
Previously known as Mega Tan, I've been coming to Glo for about two years now. For about $70 a month, I get unlimited bed and spray tans, as well as 8 monthly spa services that have recently been added to the renovated store. There is a hot yoga booth, sauna, a cocoon that makes you sweat with dry heat and has exercise bands to work out your arms while you sweat, a skin moisturizing pod, photo-facials and more. I have been coming here for going on 7 years now when it was "Mega Tan" and now "Glo Sun spa" and I absolutely LOVE IT here. They always try to up sell which they are supposed to do but when you decline they accept. They never are pushy. I never feel pressured to buy anything (which usually makes me want to buy something). I always feel so pampered and relaxed when I come here. The ladies who work here really care about providing a luxurious experience for their clients. I like to give myself at least an hour so I can enjoy the tanning bed, spray tan, and at least one of their spa rooms. Talk to the sales rep about the deals they are running. The last lotion purchase I made came with free upgrades to the more powerful luxury beds and a spa service. I highly recommend this unique tanning salon/spa duo for the best ways to pamper yourself.
"Luxury" salon, yea right. Was great when I first signed up. So disappointing how this place has changed. Nothing ever works, only a few know what they are doing. Different people constantly, erroneous charges or changes in charges without any notice. Items that were included in the membership are now extra. Ridiculous.

Poor customer service the last 3 days all around! Thinking of canceling. Even the customer service department was useless.
