This place was the worse place I've ever been to one of the ladies was up front was so rude and push she wouldn't take my groupon because she said it was for first time customers only but the details said it was for customers who were not active for a while year she then sold me their cheapest package without telling me I could only sign up if I stayed on for 3 months. My experience at this location was very frustrating. I purchased a Groupon for tanning and when I went to redeem it I could not. The woman I spoke with seemed disappointed as soon as the word groupon came out of my mouth. She looked up my name and asked if I had had a previous account at another location. I said maybe Arlington. The account was 5 years old with a bill of $70. I guess somehow I had forgot. I immediately offered to pay the bill. She said she couldn't help me. the front desk girl was such a snot to me! i used to work in a tanning salon and i just moved here and was feeling a little blue so i just wanted to get a little extra boost, but just once because i'll probably be being outside a lot anyway. i walked in and said i just wanted a single session, in a bed with the most UV and the front desk girl said "you know that's not going to do a single thing for you, right?" she didn't even ask me what i was tanning for or if i had tanned before... and she was seriously so rude about it. ... read more
