Previously known as Mega Tan, I've been coming to Glo for about two years now. For about $70 a month, I get unlimited bed and spray tans, as well as 8 monthly spa services that have recently been added to the renovated store. There is a hot yoga booth, sauna, a cocoon that makes you sweat with dry heat and has exercise bands to work out your arms while you sweat, a skin moisturizing pod, photo-facials and more. I have been coming here for going on 7 years now when it was "Mega Tan" and now "Glo Sun spa" and I absolutely LOVE IT here. They always try to up sell which they are supposed to do but when you decline they accept. They never are pushy. I never feel pressured to buy anything (which usually makes me want to buy something). I always feel so pampered and relaxed when I come here. The ladies who work here really care about providing a luxurious experience for their clients. I like to give myself at least an hour so I can enjoy the tanning bed, spray tan, and at least one of their spa rooms. Talk to the sales rep about the deals they are running. The last lotion purchase I made came with free upgrades to the more powerful luxury beds and a spa service. I highly recommend this unique tanning salon/spa duo for the best ways to pamper yourself.
"Luxury" salon, yea right. Was great when I first signed up. So disappointing how this place has changed. Nothing ever works, only a few know what they are doing. Different people constantly, erroneous charges or changes in charges without any notice. Items that were included in the membership are now extra. Ridiculous.

Poor customer service the last 3 days all around! Thinking of canceling. Even the customer service department was useless.

I've been a customer of glo for over 2 years but anytime there is an issue, the location can't do anything to help me. I'm always told to call customer service and if the phone is ever answered, the process to get help is frustrating. After being double charged, I was told at my location that my account could not be found, even under inactive customers. This place has been bought and sold several times now. Current staff is severely lacking, no one appears to know anything, beds are NEVER clean or ready and today one employee was so RUDE, I almost ended my subscription on the spot. Things need to improve greatly as no one wants to deal with poor service and rude behavior from your employees!
Fire department is here every weekend. It's so toxic and dangerous to go here. I will never be back, they always have an ambulance here because someone gets injured someway
My only complaint is that they require you bring your own eyewear and won't put you in a bed without you showing your eyewear to them. As if we aren't all grown adults with our own autonomy. If you don't have your own, they'll require that you purchase a pair of goggles for $8. It's a stupid money grab. Typically, it wouldn't be that big of a deal, but you'd think for an $80/ month membership they would have eyewear for members to use during their tanning sessions.
