Zach was very professional and explained everything well for me for the whole process. He made sure he kept in contact when there were waiting periods which was nice.
O’Keal was on top of it from the beginning. I had to switch loan types last minute and O’Keal made it happen. He answered all my questions and ensured I had a good understanding of the process. He was always very responsive with a positive attitude.
