Sam and his team remained in contact and made this stressful experience very easy and pleasant. Sam worked on approving me while many other lenders turned me away. I was considered a high risk and he came through for me.

Sam is hands down the most proficient and responsive mortgage broker I have ever worked with. I have worked with brand name companies before and never really had the same level of dedication.
