As a first time home buyer I faced a bit of a learning curve, but James turned the experience from a mountain into a molehill. He supplied more than I asked with every question and made sure I understood each step in the process. James was prompt and kept me on track, would 11/10 recommend working with him.
Brendon and Josh kept us well informed at every step. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions, which Brendon answered. He was always available and made the home buying process stress-free.
His attention for detail, the way he communicates and builds a relationship of care was astonishing! James was involved with every step, every day either just an update of how the process was moving or just a courtesy check in. His professionalism is unmatched and he is thorough in every step, and my favorite thing was if he didn’t know he would say I don’t know but I will get you that answer by end of day. USE THIS MAN!!

Easy process for new home buyers. Took care of all the details and explained things when we had questions. Went through numerous co-workers for different jobs. We would just like one or two people to have to contact.
Our house buying process was rocky due to having to sell another property to buy. Zach was great to work with. He was there for us every step of the way and was always available for questions.
This was a wonderful and fast experience. There were no problems. We closed on time. Closing cost were less than expected. Interest rate was lower than expected.
He was the nicest . He explained everything i didn't understand. He answered immediately whether it was day or night, or email or phone. He seemed to genuinely care about what he does.
