Zach was great to work with. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and his entire team.
He was respectful regarding our situation. Mypaerents we’re moving in with us. He kept all of us informed as we went through the process. We had a few changes along the way, specifically regarding our downpayment and Zach walked us through it and asked for help from a colleague to make certain we had all the proper documentation.
I found Zack‘s company through online search and review. I had a very good experience with him in getting all paperwork completed in time. This allowed me to purchase the house in a quick fashion as we were expecting to. I would highly recommend working with ZACH. Do not hesitate to reach out to him to get your loan process in a quick fashion.
Jim has helped me multiple times over the years with a home purchase and refinancing. He is very reliable and trustworthy. Jim communicated frequently and made sure I was always aware of what was happening during the process. Jim and all the staff in the office are very knowledgeable and friendly. I trust Jim's opinions and suggestions. He has never lead me down a wrong path! I would highly recommend Jim to anyone.
I CANNOT say enough good things about Josh and his team! He has helped my husband and I with two mortgages and they both were seamless! Brendon and his team were amazing the entire w process. He checked in often and was always able to answer my questions. Once I was in contract, we were delayed due to the appraisal but Brendon and his team were able to keep my same closing date. There was never a delay in any of my paperwork and it was all very clear throughout the process. Being a first time homebuyer, they a not easy process a lot easier. I would definitely recommend!!
Very considerate and professional. He knows the process with years of experience so he has the best advice and guidance. He cared about my situation and helping to find the most advantages for me. He works with a ton of people everyday, but I never once felt like another number. I very much recommend!
