James got us preapproved in less than 2 hours, and our entire time line from pre approval to closing was less than 3 weeks. In this market you need to be working with people who are quick and efficient. He knows what he’s doing, always responded quickly to any questions we had and made sure we knew what we needed so we could get this process over with. We were so anxious to move so getting it done as fast as he did was amazing. 10/10 recommend.
